To install digress.it on your site (as opposed to registering your site here), you’ll need Wordpress properly installed and configured, FTP access to your server, and permissions to install plugins and themes.

Uncompress the zip file and copy the contents into your wp-content/plugins directory. The plugin will automatically create a link to your wp-content/themes directory, so make sure your web server has write permission on the themes directory. After it’s installed be sure to set the permissions back to normal.
